Your information, plainly explained
This page is maintained by LaborSaver.ai to explain what we collect from visitors and clients, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is a starting template and informational only - it is not legal advice or a certification of compliance with any specific regulation. Who we are
LaborSaver.ai ("we", "us") builds and manages done-for-you AI workforces for small business owners. You can reach us at hello@laborsaver.ai.
What we collect
- Information you give us
- When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email, phone number, and the details you share about your business (team size, bottleneck, urgency, and which laborers you're interested in). We use this to reply and to scope a potential engagement.
- Information collected automatically
- Our host receives standard request data (IP address, browser, referring page, timestamps) for security and reliability. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's localStorage - see our cookie policy.
- Client engagement data
- If you become a client, we access the systems you connect us to (calendar, phone, CRM, inbox) only to build and operate your AI workforce. We do not sell, rent, or share this data, and we do not use it to train third-party models.
How we use it
- To reply to inquiries and schedule scoping calls.
- To build, run, and improve your AI workforce under our engagement.
- To keep the site and services running securely.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not send marketing email unless you've explicitly asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the vendors who help us operate:
- Our hosting and database provider (stores contact submissions).
- Business-tier AI model providers (used to build and run your workforce). These endpoints do not train on your data.
- Email delivery providers (used to reply to you).
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are retained while we're in active conversation and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Client data is retained for the length of the engagement and deleted on request after it ends.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting provider, and access is scoped per laborer and per team member. No system is perfectly secure - if you believe you've found a vulnerability, please email us.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@laborsaver.ai. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights - we'll honor them.
Children
This site is intended for business owners. It's not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
